It is a set, Hon Mirin 500ml and Cooking Sake 720ml, that does not contain salt or extra additives. 1) Jukusei Hon Mirin: The amber-colored mirin, which has been brewed for 90 days using traditional methods, and has been aged for about three years, brings out a deep sweetness and complex flavor. of chemical seasonings or food additives. The elegant sweetness that is not persistent makes the best use of the ingredients of the dish and enhances the usual dishes. Recommended not only for Japanese dishes such as mentsuyu, simmered dishes, and vinegared dishes, but also for adding flavor to sweets such as dorayaki, hot cakes, and castella.
