Distinctive goat cheese and garden fresh basil wrapped in delicate egg pasta with basil stripes. They use whole, fresh ingredients of the highest caliber and cook those ingredients in their kitchen like you would in yours. No flavor enhancers, no ingredients you cannot pronounce- simply real, all-natural food. Place pasta into 4 quarts of boiling water, and immediately reduce heat to bring to a gentle boil. Cook for approximately 5 minutes. Drain and toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy! 2.5 Servings per package. Once you receive the package, it has an optimal shelf life of 3 weeks or should be frozen within those days. - Ingredients: Goat cheese (pasteurized cultured goat milk, salt and vegetarian enzyme), enriched durum flour (durum flour, niacin, riboflavin, folic acid), ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, vinegar, salt), romano cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose to prevent caking), pasteurized whole eggs, bread crumbs (wheat flour, sugar, fresh yeast, salt), water, basil leaves, dehydrated spinach, black pepper. Prepared in a facility that may also process peanuts, tree nuts, soy egg, fish, milk, wheat and other potential allergens.
