It can be used before exercise as part of a warn up. Cold should be applied to the affected area as soon as possible after injury when pain is felt. Apply the cold pack until all swelling has subsided
- MULTIPURPOSE AND REUSABLE - The Soodox Hot & Cold Gel Pack is durable and long lasting. It can be put in a freezer for 1 hour or microwave for 30 seconds and will maintain temperature for up to 60 minutes.
- DIRECTION FOR COLD APPLICATIONS - Freeze pack for at least 2 hours and leave it out for 5-10 minutes before application. DIRECTION FOR HOT APPLICATION - heat pack in microwave for 30 seconds.
